Pint Society: Trails Days of Summer w/ Anton Krupicka & Stance

July 18th: 6:30pm

You don't want to miss this very special edition of Pint Society...we'll be running with trail running legend Anton Krupicka! Join your hosts Fleet Feet Sports PDX and Stance for a 5-6 mile run in Forest Park with Anton Krupicka, an American ultra-runner who has won the Leadville 100 twice, the Miwok 100K, the Rocky Raccoon 100 Miler, the Collegiate Peaks 50 Miler, the White River 50 Miler twice, the High Mountain 50k, and the Estes Park Marathon. We'll start at our Portland store, run into the park, and end at Lucky Labrador Brew Pub on Quimby. Trail Days of Summer: An Evening with Krissy Moehl

July 28th: 6:30pm

Join us for an evening of trail talk with ultramarathoner Krissy Moehl! This is a can't-miss event for anyone training for their first (or 50th!) ultra...and promises to be fun and informative for runners training for any distance! We'll kick things off with a Forest Park run with Wy'east Wolfpack at 6:30pm, then head back to our Portland store for a reading from her book "Running Your First Ultra" and Q&A with Krissy. The reading will start at 7:30pm - come on down for the run, the reading, or both! Krissy is generously offering a gift-with-purchase when you buy her book at the event and (you know us!) there'll be beer for everyone of age. Special bonus: we're unveiling a brand-new, limited-edition tshirt at the event you won't want to miss...trust us, you'll want to get your hands on this awesome, local, exclusive design! Krissy Moehl is an ultramarathon runner, coach, public speaker and race director. In her 15-year career, she has run more than 100 races. She has 55 female wins and 2 outright wins. Moehl's impressive track record boasts first female finishes at the world's toughest ultras including Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc 165km, Ultra Trail du Mont Fuji 100 mile, HURT 100, Hardrock 100 and several others. Trail Days of Summer: A Post-PCT Recap with Yassine Diboun

Come hear ultrarunner and Wy'east Wolfpack co-leader Yassine Diboun recap his FKT (fastest known time) attempt at the Oregon section of the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT). The goal of the Oregon PCT Project is to cross the state of Oregon on Pacific Crest Trail attempting to achieve the fastest known supported time while raising awareness for local charities. The Team members include Scott, Yassine, and Travis. They plan to run July 16th through the 23rd - hear how things turn out during this talk and Q&A with Yassine!
