Our RRCA certified coaching team will provide an encouraging, welcoming and education environment for you to train for the Eugene Marathon. We will be training for two races: the first is the Shamrock Half Marathon that takes place on Sunday, March 19th. This race will be used to test your abilities so that we can refine your training plan. The target marathon is the Eugene Marathon taking place on May 9th. We will provide you with the guidance needed so you can feel confident knowing this program is designed to help you reach your goals.

Program Start Date: Wednesday, Jan 10th at 6:15pm
Requirements: You must be able to comfortably run six miles, be running a base of 25 miles per week, and be healthy enough to exercise five days a week upon entering the program. If you have a medical condition that may be affected by exercise, or you have an injury going into the program, you should get clearance from your doctor before starting this program.
1) Shamrock Half Marathon on Sunday, March 19th
2) Eugene Marathon on Sunday, May 7th
The training program registration fee does not include race entry fee.
